After Trump Assassination Attempt Goes Wrong – Judge Hands Down A Brutal Punishment

What’s Happening:

Democrats aren’t the only ones who hate Donald Trump. Despite his record in office, there are plenty of people who think he’s a villain or worse. Thanks to wildly negative coverage of him in the press, there are some unstable people who feared what Trump would have done in office.

One of those people took the unthinkable step of taking matters into her own hands. She actually mailed a letter to the White House filled with poison. The letter was intended for the hands of then-President Trump. Thankfully, nobody was hurt and the woman was found. Now, she is facing justice.

From Fox News:

A Canadian woman who mailed a threatening letter containing a poisonous substance to former President Donald Trump while he was serving in the White House was sentenced to over two decades in prison on Thursday…

Ferrier was ultimately arrested trying to drive across the U.S.-Canada border at the Peace Bridge Border Crossing in Buffalo, New York, while carrying a gun, a knife and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, authorities said. The letter was intercepted at a mail sorting facility in September 2020, before it could reach the White House.

Woah. Pascale Cecile Veronique Ferrier sent a letter to the White House in 2020. The letter was laced with ricin, a deadly poison. She vowed to use “another poison” if ricin didn’t work and even said she’d use her gun.

She was caught crossing into the U.S. with a gun, knife, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. So, you can probably guess she was making good on her threat. She was charged and is now facing nearly 22 years in prison.

Shockingly, Ferrier was no random lunatic. She was “inordinately intelligent” according to her lawyer, which a master’s degree. She had raised two children as a single parent. Which just goes to show you that anyone can suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Apparently, she had a history of sending poisonous letters in the mail. She had previously sent the deadly poison to police officers in Texas after she had been arrested. She also made threats against the president on Twitter.

As shocking as her actions were, she is facing justice. She will serve nearly 22 years in jail, for trying to harm the president.
