Whoopi Goldberg has spent much of the past decade obsessively attacking Donald Trump on a daily basis. She’s done so on her ABC program The View, where she and her far-left co-hosts showcase just how hopelessly infected they are with Trump derangement syndrome in each episode.

Goldberg is so anti-Trump that during his presidency, she refused to say his name on the air. Instead, she referred to him as “45,” referring to his status as the 45th American president.

Goldberg is so insignificant that Trump has been ignoring both her and her attacks on him for years. Last Wednesday, Trump finally fired back against her for seemingly the first time during a rally in Pennsylvania.

“She was so filthy, dirty, disgusting, half the place left. I said I’d never hire her again,” Trump told a crowd. “She was so dirty. Every word was filthy, dirty. What a loser she is.”

Let’s just say Goldberg didn’t take this well. Indeed, she immediately lashed out at Trump during the next episode of The View.

Goldberg said on the talk show: “I was filthy and stand on that fact. I have always been filthy. And you knew that when you hired me. I headlined, babe, at your casino – which I might have continued to play had you not run it into the ground. How dumb are you? You hired me four times and you didn’t know what you were getting? How dumb are you?”

Goldberg also referenced the infamous Access Hollywood ‘grab ’em by the p****’ video: “You know how dirty I wasn’t? I never grabbed anybody by their genitalia.”

Social Media Users Take Trump’s Side

Unfortunately for Goldberg, many social media users took Trump’s side.

“Trump isn’t wrong. Whoopi DOES have a foul mouth,” one user commented. Another person added, “Yet you kept going back and taking his money. What does that say about you? This isn’t the own that you think it is.”

Trump has been living rent-free in Goldberg and her co-host’s heads for years. It’s extremely telling that while Trump ignored Goldberg’s below-the-belt attacks for almost a decade, she couldn’t handle him publicly blasting her once without having a full meltdown.

If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, Whoopi!

This also goes to show just how obsessed Goldberg and her fellow members of the liberal media truly are with Trump. They claim that Trump poses an existential threat to democracy. Yet if they truly felt that way, one would think that Goldberg and other media pundits would stop talking about him in the hopes that he would disappear. Instead, Goldberg is so obsessed with Trump that she simply can’t resist continuing to attack him every day on her show.

How sad is that?!

Goldberg can keep slamming Trump all that she wants to, but it’s not going to have the impact on this election that she hopes it will. Indeed, anyone who would be swayed by Goldberg’s political opinion is already going to be voting against Trump regardless, so she’s just preaching to her own choir.

In the end, Trump came out on top on this one. It’s hard to deny that Goldberg really is filthy!
