People across the political spectrum are reacting to the news that New York Democrats are trying to throw Donald Trump into jail. According to reports, they are indicting him over already-debunked claims that he lied to pay off Stormy Daniels.
Really? This is the left’s best move against Donald Trump–bringing back an already-failed scandal? How are Americans supposed to react to the news that Democrats are arresting a former president, over claims that cannot be proven? Even liberals are seeing the light over this scheme. And famed comedian Chris Rock warned the D.C. elite of what they are really doing.

Comedian Chris Rock warned U.S. lawmakers on Sunday that arresting former President Trump would only make him “more popular.” […]
“Do you know this is only going to make him more popular. It’s like arresting Tupac. He’s just gonna sell more records. Are you stupid?” he said as the room laughed.
Chris Rock spoke at an event honoring Adam Sandler in D.C. In attendance were Washington elitists like Nancy Pelosi and members of Biden’s administration. Yet Rock had no bones about hammering Democrats for their latest move against Trump.
He warned them that arresting a former president–who is running for re-election next year–will only make him more popular. He blasted them saying, “Are you stupid?” Rock even seemed to defend Trump over the left’s claims.
Now, Rock is hardly a Republican. But even he knows how idiotic is it to do this. Democrats are only proving Trump right: that they are a group of power-hungry tyrants who will do anything to stay in office. They don’t respect our Constitution, our morals or values, or even the will of the people.
Democrats don’t want Trump re-elected. But instead of letting Americans decide, they are trying to shut down our democracy. They know Biden can’t win against Trump; the man is falling apart as we speak, not to mention his terrible approval numbers.

So, Democrats are trying to interfere with the election with this bogus indictment and investigation. Even a liberal comedian can see that–and he can see that this move will only get more people on Trump’s side.
Democrats raided Trump’s home for paperwork–and it made him more popular. How will it look that they are trying to destroy him over another debunked claim?
