Democrats are in deep trouble, and Donald knows it.
It’s no secret that Americans back Trump’s border wall.
Only desperate and pathetic Democrats oppose him. Beto O’Rourke made a fool of himself in El Paso arguing that walls don’t protect people, they kill people.
Democrats try to stop him at every turn, even using the courts to block his agenda.
But it turns out, Democrats can’t control them either, as the president scored a major victory. And it came from the Dem’s own backyard.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled for the Trump administration Monday in a case challenging its use of waivers to bypass environmental regulations in constructing parts of the border wall…
“Under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), the Secretary of the DHS has long had the authority ‘to install additional physical barriers and roads … in the vicinity of the United States border,’” the 9th Circuit’s opinion states, quoting the IIRIRA.
The IIRIRA grants the secretary of the DHS “the authority to waive all legal requirements” as is “‘necessary to ensure expeditious construction’ of those barriers and roads,” according to the 9th Circuit.

A few Democrats launched a pathetic attack on the wall, claiming it would harm the environment.
Yeah, as in “harm the environment of lawlessness that Democrats use to steal votes.”
Liberals claimed the border wall wouldn’t be environmentally friendly. You know what’s really not environmentally friendly? Letting hundreds of thousands of migrants rush into the United States.
All you have to do is look at poop-infested San Francisco for the proof. The city is worse than a third-world country, thanks to its weak stance on immigration.
Democrats thought the traditionally liberal and Trump-opposing 9th Circuit Court would back their scheme.
But laws are laws. And while Democratic politicians love to break ‘em, the 9th Circuit Court couldn’t openly defy a law that expressly states the DHS can waive legal requirements to build a wall.
That law was passed in 1996—when a Democrat was in the White House!
To overrule that law would have undermined their own party base and weaken the 9th Circuit’s credibility.
You see, Trump knows what he’s doing. He’s making America great again legally. He’s not like Obama, who abused executive orders so frequently he was almost a dictator.
Only for his policies to be overturned once Trump took office.
President Trump wants lasting change. That’s why he fights so hard. So, even after he leaves office, America will continue to thrive. For that, we must thank him.
