What’s Happening:

Under the current administration, the Southern border is out of control. Joe Biden has even instructed federal agencies to help outsiders enter the country, instead of repelling them. The result is that millions of aliens have flooded the country.

But it’s worse than you think. One man in California created an illegal immigration ring, conning would-be border jumpers to pay him big bucks to enter the country. That is a violation of federal law and he faced some hard time. A lower court tried to throw out parts of his conviction. So, the Supreme Court took up the issue.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a bid by President Joe Biden’s administration to revive a federal law that makes it a criminal offense to encourage illegal immigration after it was struck down by a lower court as a violation of free speech rights…

Hansen was convicted in 2017 of violating provisions of the federal law that bars inducing or encouraging noncitizens “to come to, enter, or reside” in the United States illegally, as well as mail fraud and wire fraud and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

There is a federal law that makes it illegal for a person to encourage anyone from entering the country illegally. Helaman Hansen allegedly created an “adult adoption” program and conned aliens into paying him $10,000 a person, even though he could not legally help these people become citizens.

He was charged with encouraging aliens to come into the country illegally. But the 9th Circuit threw out parts of his conviction saying the law was unconstitutional. Now, the Supreme Court will hear this case. How they decide on this could have a huge impact on immigration law and the current border crisis.

Oddly enough, it was the Biden administration that appealed to the Supreme Court. It is arguing that Hansen broke the law and deserves to be punished. Does this mean that Biden wants to protect our border at stop illegal immigration?

Of course not. This is just another case where Biden is hurting an American and ignoring the massive illegal immigration crisis in our country. Has Biden deported the people Hansen tricked into coming here?

Has he stopped the millions of outsiders who have jumped our border over the last few years? It seems like Biden is in favor of illegal immigration when it hurts Arizona and Texas. Or when he can funnel aliens into various communities across the country.

But when a California man helps aliens come into the country–he has to put a stop to it.

So, I guess Biden only supports illegal immigration–when his administration does it.
