Supreme Court Justice Hammered with New Investigation – The Walls Are Closing in on Her Fast

Critics have complained about Supreme Court justices for years. Democrats have made it a particular goal to go after Justice Clarence Thomas, claiming he had violated ethics rules.

But the court stood by Thomas, who appeared to be only guilty of going on a trip with a friend.

Now, another Supreme Court Justice is in hot water. This Biden appointee has faced controversy before. But this time, the issue is being taken seriously.

From Fox News:
The Committee on Financial Disclosures in the Judicial Conference is reviewing a complaint against Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson citing a failure to include her husband’s income in financial disclosures.

A conservative policy group…last month filed a complaint with the Judicial Conference – the governing body of federal courts – alleging that Jackson “willfully failed to disclose” required information about her husband’s malpractice consulting income for more than a decade.

The Judicial Conference is reviewing accusations that Biden’s SCOTUS appointee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, failed to cite a portion of her husband’s income. A conservative group accused the justice of “willfully” failing to reveal the money her husband received for malpractice consulting.

Federal judges are legally required to disclose the source of a spouse’s income that exceeds $1,000.

Critics have commented on Democrats’ apparent unwillingness to investigate liberal justices. Democrats have infamously tried to destroy the reputations of justices like Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh.

But it seems they are not interested in looking into claims about justices who vote in their favor. Could it be that Democrats are willing to turn a blind eye to corruption, as long as a judge supports their agenda?

It’s unclear what consequences, if any, Brown Jackson might face. Should the Judicial Conference rule that she is guilty of indiscretions, Democrats will no doubt be outraged.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Judicial Conference is reviewing a complaint against Justice Brown Jackson.
  • A group claims the liberal judge “willfully” failed to disclose part of her husband’s income.
  • This comes as Democrats frequently attack conservative Supreme Court justices.
