Democrats tried to slip one past Trump, but the Supreme Court slammed the brakes.

Democrats lost the White House, so they’re trying to abuse the court system to undermine President Trump.

But the Supreme Court blocked one of their most outrageous attempts at stealing power.

How bad is it?

They tried to make a dead liberal judge’s vote count.

The liberal lion of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Stephen Reinhardt, died March 29, 2018, but his vote was counted in a decision that came out shortly afterward… But the Supreme Court said Monday it’s “generally understood that a judge may change his or her position up to the very moment when a decision is released.”

It’s absolutely unacceptable that the 9th Circuit Court tried to push a dead man’s vote. The man has to be serving on the court when the decision comes out. That’s just common sense.

That was a clear attempt to set a precedent, where liberal judges who are no longer on the bench can still manipulate our country.

Imagine what would have happened, had this ruling stood? Once RBG kicks the bucket, the Left would try to use her writings or other past rulings to influence future cases.

Or much worse.

Democrats have admitted they don’t believe in the rule of law. They will bend or break any law to get their way.

These are the same people who try to loosen voter ID laws and are often caught counting dead men’s votes. Surprise, surprise.

Thankfully we have a conservative Supreme Court, thanks to—President Trump!
