The Supreme Court is busy this summer. Numerous cases have already made it to their bench. And the latest news has been good for American-loving patriots.
This is one of the biggest reasons why we elected Donald Trump. During the election, he promised to appoint strict Constitutionalists to the Court. One he entered office, he quickly made good on his word by appointing Neil Gorsuch to replace Antonin Scalia. Word is, several more seats will be open during his presidency.
A recent case was brought before the Supreme Court, one that affects our voting rights. Democrats love to pull a dirty trick that limits our election’s impacts. Unsurprisingly, it gives liberals an upper hand.
But, at least in this case, the Court knocked them on their rear end.
From ABC News:
The Supreme Court ruled Monday that one congressional district in Texas was drawn in a way that influenced the number of Hispanic and African-American voters in that district, but that three other districts in the challenged map did not violate the law…
Justice Samuel Alito said in the Court’s decision that there was not enough evidence to say that the Texas legislature intentionally discriminated when they adopted new maps in 2013, but that the state legitimately wanted to end ongoing litigation about its district maps.
The decision reversed a lower court’s ruling that the challenged districts were all unlawfully gerrymandered, saying that the three-judge federal court “committed a fundamental legal error” when they ruled that the state’s district map based on the 2010 Census was unlawful…
Gerrymander is a complicated, and very old, trick. It is basically a way to influence elections before the first vote is cast. Democrats have used gerrymander is limit who can vote for whom. Selectively editing voting districts means they can control which demographics determine elections. It can have a powerful impact on the course of our democracy.
Ordinarily, voting districts should be broken up by neutral factors. But Democrats like to carve up districts based on race. They spend plenty of time trying to bamboozle minorities to vote for them. Gerrymandering is a way to make sure districts are lopsided so that they can sway elections.

The Supreme Court saw through one attempt to racially carve up a voting district. It would have given Democrats an uneven advantage in coming elections. A lower court tried to stop Texas law from preventing gerrymandering; the Justices put a stop to that.
This ruling might have larger implications than just in Texas. Every year, the left tries to pull some form of voter manipulation. You know all about voter fraud and non-citizens trying to vote in big elections. Gerrymandering is yet another way liberals try to steal our elections.
This ruling from the high court could set a precedent to prevent future attempts to manipulate the American people.
