There are plenty who criticize him, but Ron DeSantis continues to deliver for the people of Florida. There is a reason he was re-elected by a landslide 1 million votes, it’s because he is one of the few leaders in our country actually making good on his promises.
He’s helped Florida families thrive, even during Biden’s endless blunders. The governor crushed the left’s poison in public schools. But he’s going further than that to protect students’ education. Because he just signed something into law that will make parents across the state cheer.
From Free Beacon:
Florida governor Ron DeSantis (R.) on Monday signed into law a universal school choice program, allowing families to apply for state funding to enroll in their preferred school…
House Bill 1 opens school choice eligibility to all students and establishes an online portal to inform parents of their schooling options. The new plan prioritizes low-income students and students with disabilities.
Woah. Florida has become the next state to provide school choice for families. Gov. DeSantis just signed a bill into law that provides $2.2 billion in school choice vouchers. Parents will be able to use these funds to send their children to the school of their choice.
This means, they don’t have to send their children to low-performing schools. Nor will parents be forced to send their children to schools that push radical, leftist ideology. DeSantis is providing tax funds, not to corrupt public schools, but directly to parents.
Obviously, Democrats hate school choice. The crooked teachers’ unions run the show and they want as much money as possible to teach your kids there are 5 million genders and that America was founded by racists.
Liberals have fought against school choice, because they use public schools as the number one vehicle for brainwashing future generations of Americans. But school choice gives parents the power to decide their children’s futures.
Now, we just need every other state to join the party!
- DeSantis signed a bill providing school choice to parents.
- The program makes $2.2 billion in vouchers available to families.
- School choice allows parents to send children to better schools.
