Ladies and gentlemen, the American media is LYING to you about the wall…
Americans who care about the safety and stability of our great nation know one thing:
We desperately need a border wall.
And despite heavy obstruction by Democrats and some Republicans, Donald Trump continues to fight for border security.
However, the President continues to hit snag after snag.
For example, while Congress continues to hold up funding, the media is pushing the notion that no progress has been made at all.
But nothing could be further from the truth.
From Western Journal:
“President Donald Trump’s administration is pushing back on a media report that claimed no new walls had been built along the southern border with Mexico…
A senior administration official took issue with the Daily Mail’s story.
Building walls where there were gaps or only small or ineffective non-wall barriers before is, by definition, building new walls, that official told The Daily Caller News Foundation on Friday.”
No, we don’t have a complete wall yet, but the truth is clear:
CBP has constructed 38 miles of new border wall in California, New Mexico, and Texas.
And as U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Roger Maier said, these new barriers are much more effective … and yes, they’re “new.”
The old barriers were either “ineffective or dilapidated infrastructure” and were mostly useless.

Furthermore, those 38 miles are part of 115 miles of completely new border wall that is coming very soon. In fact, more construction begins in April.
This ongoing construction is part of approximately 115 miles of new border wall system underway using FY17 and FY18 funding. FY19 funding also provides for about 55 miles of new border wall.

Yes, patriots are frustrated that the wall isn’t complete yet.
But the idea that NO new wall has been built – no improvements, no new structures, nothing – is blatantly incorrect.
So why is the media spreading the lie that nothing has been done?
It’s all about 2020: they want to turn Trump’s most passionate supporters against him. If they really believe he’s done nothing, they might not re-elect him.
But we know President Trump is fighting like few others; he’s taken every available path to build the wall.
