She called the conservative leader a “genocidal maniac” in a post on her Instagram Story on Wednesday. “Every member of Congress who sits down with this murderer is supporting a war criminal,” Tlaib wrote.

That would include fellow Democrats who met with Netanyahu since the war began, as the issue continues to fracture the left.

Democrats are seeing a growing divide over the issue. Far-left activists have come out strongly against President Biden’s support for Israel. Moderates have condemned anti-Israel forces within the party. There appears to be no middle ground on the issue, as progressives hold to a radical ideology that demonizes Israel and, it appears, the Jewish people.
