We just learned that Barack Obama might not be 100% behind Joe Biden. He has publicly defended his former VP. But he has largely been silent and rumors suggest he could be considering supporting his removal. This comes as many Democrat supporters call for Biden to drop out of the race.

The White House quickly got establishment Democrats in D.C. to support Biden. Liberal leaders in Congress have vocally backed Biden, despite signs of cognitive decline.

One of those leaders is Nancy Pelosi. She has gone on news outlets to defend Biden. Pelosi has claimed she is urging House Democrats to fully back the president. But now, word is coming out that Pelosi might not be on board with Biden’s nomination after all. Because some are saying she’s undermining him secretly.

According to comments from anonymous Democrat lawmakers, Pelosi is encouraging Democrats to revolt. This doesn’t surprise us one bit. Pelosi has never been loyal to anyone but herself. She is compelling lawmakers to turn on Biden. Yet publicly, she can pretend to be a diehard Democrat and Biden ally.

She is even telling Democrats in vulnerable swing districts to publicly call on Biden to step aside. Pelosi won’t do it… but she’ll tell other people to? How hypocritical can one person get?

Pelosi is not vulnerable. She represents San Francisco. She will be in power until she becomes too old to do so (which is hopefully any day now). But she still won’t stick her neck out to protect the party, by demanding Biden step down.

The big problem still lingers. While Democrats know Biden is too impaired to run, they just don’t have a viable candidate. Democrats are too cowardly to step up and challenge Biden. They fear the fallout if they fail to oust him. So, this pathetic party will limp along into the convention, when a man with dementia is nominated to be president.
