Early in Joe Biden’s administration, he made a tactical error that put the world at risk. Ignoring the warnings of various leaders, he pulled U.S. troops out of Afghanistan. In mere days, the Taliban retook the nation, plunging it back under harsh rule after 20 years of freedom.

The liberal media has ignored the country ever since Biden failed to keep it safe. But things have only gotten worse in Afghanistan under Taliban rule.

Poverty is spreading and the corrupt regime oppresses its people. But it is only getting much worse. The group recently released a statement of what they’ll do to women who commit certain “crimes.” And they proudly boasted of this barbaric punishment.

“You say it’s a violation of women’s rights when we stone them to death,” said Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, according to The Telegraph. “But we will soon implement the punishment for adultery.”…

“We both say we defend human rights – we do it as God’s representative and you as the devil’s.”…

A U.N. report from last year found that 37 people had already been sentenced to stoning under the Taliban regime and that more than 100 had received sentences for “crimes against God”

The Taliban, the oppressive regime that took over Afghanistan after Biden’s failure, announced it will be returning to stoning women to death for adultery. It also said it will flog women in public for other crimes.

The group’s spokesman said they acting as “God’s representative.” Meanwhile, they accused democratic nations of being “the devil’s” representatives. Many will no doubt have a hard time seeing how stoning women is God’s work, not the devil’s.

Soon after the Taliban took over Afghanistan, reports came out of what they were doing to citizens. At one point, they were going door to door, searching for Afghanis who had allied with America to punish them.

Women in Afghanistan enjoyed increasing rights while U.S. troops protected the country. All that went away after Biden withdrew our forces. According to reports, other Islamic terror groups are operating out of the country including ISIS-K, which recently staged an attack in Moscow.
