He slurs his words. He cannot finish sentences. And even with pre-written remarks, he often makes little sense. It is a shock that he agreed to debate Trump since he is likely to struggle tremendously.

Voters see this plain and clearly. And as we march to November, Biden’s health problems will only get worse. Some voters don’t expect him to even make it to the election.
