We’ve heard for a while that a “red wave” was going to wipe out the Democrats’ majority in Congress. But is it really true?

Democrats have been scrambling over the summer and fall to rewrite that narrative. Biden has called Republicans “semi-fascists” and the media has trumpeted polls that suggest Democrats are poised to expand their lead.

But it seems, once again, the left is disconnected from reality. Because the latest metrics show that Democrats could lose four dozen seats in the House.

Nearly four-dozen House seats — 47, to be exact — that are currently held by Democrats are rated as “toss-ups” or possible flips in Republicans’ favor, according to the latest prediction map from Real Clear Politics…

The current balance includes 220 Democrats, 212 Republicans… RCP’s new map predicts a shift to 220 Republicans and 180 Democrats — with 35 races listed as “toss-ups.”

Democrats will need to change their underpants after reading this one. Real Clear Politics, which isn’t conservative-leaning, is predicting 47 Democrat-controlled seats as “toss-ups” this November.

A few of them are more than toss-ups, but leaning Republican.

Their current forecast is that Republicans will control the House with 220 seats and Democrats only 180–with 35 more seats as toss-ups, meaning they can go either way.

It is unlikely that Democrats will pick up all 35 of those seats, giving Republicans a clear path to flipping the House for the next two years.

A big factor to keep in mind is that many of these seats were previously “safe Democrat.” They moved over the months to “likely Democrat” and then to “Leans Democrat.

Now, many of them are “toss-ups.” That movement is more significant than the actual data because it shows how voters are trending in these swing districts.

Democrats are doing horribly in America. Outside of deep-blue regions, Americans are ticked off at the left.

And that’s putting it mildly. All the races that have changed in the last ten days have moved in Republicans’ favor.

We know why. Democrats have enjoyed control over Congress for two years. And during those two years, they triggered inflation, allowed gas prices to surge, let in millions of aliens, and defund police departments.

Meanwhile, they sat back and did nothing as Biden stumbled around like a nursing home patient, tanking our country.
