Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez calls herself a “democratic socialist.” She tends to push the most far-left policies seen in Congress. She was behind the much-maligned “green new deal” and has supported Biden’s open border agenda.
She has defended groups like Antifa and BLM. AOC has defended shocking behavior by activists, claiming they are challenging the status quo.
But it looks like leftists have found one cause she is not willing to jump onto. Outraged that their queen is not siding with them, this group of progressives just turned on her. And they literally chased her out of a movie theater, ironically doing the very thing she once applauded.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and her fiancé Riley Roberts out of a movie theater in Brooklyn on Monday demanding that the progressive congresswoman call the Jewish state’s war against Hamas terrorists in Gaza a “genocide.”…They can be heard saying to Ocasio-Cortez, “You refuse to call it a genocide.”
The congresswoman… told the protesters “I need you to understand that this is not okay.”
The activist replied, “It’s not okay that there’s a genocide happening and you’re not actively against it.”

Anti-Israel progressive activists confronted Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in a movie theater. They called out the congresswoman, accusing her of failing to agree with them on the Israel-Hamas war.
Far-left progressives have sided with Palestinians and tacitly, terror group Hamas, by calling Israel’s response to October 7th “genocide.” They have cited unverifiable data from Hamas, accusing Israel of killing thousands of civilians in Gaza.
Progressive have either ignored the horrific actions by Hamas against Israeli civilians or outright defended them. This group has accused AOC of not calling the war genocide.
The activists chased her and her fiancé from the theater. At several times, AOC appeared irate—angry that this group of leftists were targeting her. Ironically, AOC has inaccurately criticized Israel over the war. This group of progressives was either ignorant of her stance or didn’t think she went far enough in condemning the one Jewish state in the world.
Users online pointed out that AOC had previously applauded leftist protesters once writing, “The whole point of protesting is to make ppl uncomfortable.” But based on this video, she didn’t seem to appreciate what these activists were doing to her or her fiancé.
Like anyone else, AOC was upset by the attack as her plans were ruined by the encounter.
