In the weeks since Kamala Harris became the Democratic presidential nominee, Democrats and the mainstream media have been trying to make it look like she has this election in the bag. Unfortunately for them, however, an election expert just poured cold water on this narrative in a big way.
The left has spent the past few weeks trying to gaslight the public into thinking that Harris has always been a popular and beloved figure. Of course, this could not be further from the truth. She’s actually polled for a long time as one of the least popular vice presidents of all time.
The renowned polling expert Nate Silver spoke out on Thursday to offer his latest election forecast. It’s the stuff that nightmares are made of for the Democratic Party.

“Kamala Harris had one of her worst days in some time in our forecast on Thursday despite gaining in our national polling average,” wrote Silver.The forecast says that Trump has a 52.4% chance to win the Electoral College while Harris only has a 47.3% chance to win the presidency. The stats don’t add up to 100% because of the small possibility of an electoral tie. Silver explained that the model forecast took into account a bump after the Democratic National Convention and that this likely led to the prediction dropping for Harris.
“It assumes Harris’ polls are somewhat inflated right now, in other words — just as it assumed Trump’s numbers were inflated after the RNC,” he explained.
This Should Come As No Surprise
This will likely only come as a shock to Democrats, who are so hopelessly stuck in their liberal bubbles that they still believe the media’s lies about Harris’ popularity. The rest of us are well aware that she’s a deeply unlikable person who has struggled to win over voters throughout the entirety of her political career.
Not stopping there, Silver claimed that things only get worse for Harris in the crucial swing state of Pennsylvania. He explained that recent polls have shown that Harris is only slightly ahead of Trump or behind in Pennsylvania. This could spell doom for her.
“The model puts a lot of weight on this recent data because of all the changes in the race. And you can see why it thinks this is a problem for her,” Silver stated. “If she’s only tied in Pennsylvania now, during what should be one of her stronger polling periods, that implies being a slight underdog in November.”
The left wants you to believe that Harris is some kind of rock star. This is their pathetic strategy to try to get people to vote for her by making them feel like, in doing so, they’re hopping on some kind of bandwagon.
In reality, the American people are not as dumb as Democrats think we are. The bulk of us see right through Harris and have no interest in ever voting for her.
Democrats and the media can keep hyping Harris up all that they want to. However, it seems that their efforts are failing miserably. In the end, they might want to start bracing themselves for Harris to be brutally defeated come November!
