Kamala Lands in Hot Water Over ‘Conspiracy Theory’ – The Vice-President’s Comment Seems to Support MLK Labor Belief

What’s Happening:

Man, what the heck is going on in Kamala Harris’s head? She seems to have a knack for denying reality.

She recently claimed that we have no border crisis after 5 million jumped the border. And now, she is making a claim about Martin Luther King Jr. that can only be called a conspiracy theory.

From The Washington Free Beacon:

Vice President Kamala Harris this month echoed the conspiracy theory that the U.S. government assassinated Martin Luther King Jr. to halt his labor activism…

“This is why Dr. King was assassinated, because he was bringing together the civil rights movement with the workers.”

Uh, oh boy.

Apparently, Harris endorsed an unproven theory that MLK was assassinated by the government.

Toward the end of his life, King shifted his focus from just civil rights to organized labor.

Some claim that this spooked the government at the time (which was Democrat-run at the time) because they were against the labor union movement.

They were so worried about King’s influence in unions, the theory claims, that they had him killed.

From what we’ve seen, there is no evidence to support this theory. Yet it sounds as if Harris was nodding to this, in this recent statement.

She literally said “This is why Dr. King was assassinated” and proceeded to talk about his support of “workers.”

Does anyone in this White House know what they are doing? Is there a single speechwriter who can rein in Biden and Harris?

These two do more damage to the country just by opening their mouths than every other politician combined.

Yet Harris seems to get away with spreading this kind of misinformation. Nobody is calling her out for making these bizarre claims.

What is she going to say next? That the moon landing was faked?

Key Takeaways:

  • Kamala Harris appeared to endorse a conspiracy theory about MLK’s death.
  • She said he was assassinated over his work supporting labor unions.
  • The conspiracy claims King was killed by the government for supporting unions.
