When Barack Obama was elected President, it resulted in an ongoing lovefest on “The View.”
Try and find an episode where they didn’t praise Obama to high heaven. Just try.
Now, on the flip side, try to find an episode in the last two years where “The View” ladies haven’t completely trashed Donald Trump.
…oh yes, unbiased and educated opinions, right here.
Now they’ve taken to flat-out insulting Trump’s supporters, playing on archaic stereotypes … and we thought liberals weren’t supposed to do that.
The latest to pay the price are Trump’s female fans.
The insult came when “The View” host Joy Behar attacked Trump’s claim that he would prefer to have a “softer tone” (but unfortunately can’t).
Behar said:
“He said it because he realizes that women like him less than menstrual cramps.
He now has, like, this moment where he says, gee. They don’t like me because do you see the numbers?
The women are out there voting in droves, and he now realizes that.”
Behar obviously discounts the millions of women who voted for Donald Trump but hey, they don’t count. No conservatives count, in liberal land.
And then Behar dropped a nasty insult:
“The women that still like him say that he is a protector. A hero. That he protects…
[But] they don’t know the difference between a predator and a protector, because as far as I can tell, he is the one grabbing women by the you know what.”
First, she basically just said the President is guilty of sexual harassment.
She’s not saying Trump DID “grab women by the you know what;” she said he IS doing that. Currently. And it’s a lie.
Second, she’s saying Trump women are so stupid that they can’t tell the difference between a predator and a protector.
What’s next?
Maybe we should just start taking rights away from people, because they see things differently than you, Joy.
Maybe female Trump supporters should be second-class citizens because YOU say they are.
