What’s Happening:
When the infamous Hunter Biden laptop story came out, Democrats rushed to discredit it.
Outlets like CNN and Politico claimed it was “Russian disinformation” just weeks before the 2020 Election. They even went out of their way to slander the man who acquired the laptop, a PC repairman from Delaware.
The man lost his business and his reputation over the liberal media. Now, he’s fighting back.
From Daily Caller:
The former owner of the repair shop, John Paul Mac Isaac, filed suit after losing his business and for his negative treatment by the media and Big Tech…
The former repair shop owner filed the suit in Montgomery County, Maryland, claiming Schiff and CNN defamed him in an interview two days after the New York Post began publishing reports on the laptop. His lawyer, Brian Della Rocca, said his client is seeking at least $1 million in compensatory damages and an unspecified larger amount in punitive damages.
The repairman who first alerted the public to Hunter Biden’s laptop is suing CNN, Politico, The Daily Beast, and Rep. Adam Schiff for defamation.
These entities came out and slandered John Paul Mac Isaac, after he handed the abandoned laptop over to the FBI.
Mac Isaac acquired the computer legally after Hunter abandoned it at his shop. The liberal media, and Democrats, claimed for over a year that the laptop was fake.
And it appears their attacks against the shop owner ruined him. He lost his business and because of how his name was dragged through the mud, he probably can’t find work.
He is suing these groups for at least $1 million in compensatory damages and a larger, unspecified amount, in punitive damages.
The New York Times was the first to claim the laptop was fake, even though the story was reported by well-known outlet the New York Post.
Social giant Twitter took down the Post’s account and flagged the story as “misinformation.” This was just weeks before the election.
It took until recently in 2022 for the Times to admit the story and laptop were real. Which has opened a floodgate of trouble for Hunter and his father, Joe.
Get ready, Bidens, Schiff, and any Democrats involved!
