Southern State Makes Huge Power Move – This Could Change the Border Game Overnight

Recently, the Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration over the border. That sparked outrage among many state governors. Some of them traveled to Texas to show support for Gov. Abbott—who has been fighting Biden to fix the border crisis.

As you probably know, over 6 million migrants have illegally entered the country under President Biden. Republican governors have called this an unsustainable situation and are acting.

Some, like Govs. Noem and DeSantis, have sent ample support to the Texas border. Now, a state in which a prosecutor has indicted Trump is getting involved in the crisis. And their governor is doing something that could flip the entire situation.

From The Post Millennial:
On Tuesday, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp announced that he would be sending additional troops to help Texas secure the southern border…

“…in addition to the Georgia guardsmen already stationed at the border, we will send reinforcements to Texas this spring who will assist with the construction of a forward command post on the border with Mexico.”

Kemp explained that the soldiers will “include those with engineering, mechanical, and general purpose skills.”

In a surprise move, Georgia Gov. Kemp is sending guardsmen to build a “forward command post” on the border with Mexico. The state is sending soldiers skilled as engineers, mechanics, and other vocations.

News that Texas is building a “forward command post” could escalate the ongoing fight over the border. It is unclear exactly what this command post will do. But we can assume troops will be stationed at this post to monitor the border.

Such a move could increase Texas’s ability to prevent illegal entry. But it could draw a greater reaction from the Biden administration. Already the White House has torn down barriers put up by the state—something the Supreme Court has allowed.

Many believe the Biden administration wants the crisis to continue, as more and more migrants flood into the country. His agencies’ actions against Texas only seem to confirm that.

But what might happen when numerous guardsmen from various states arrive to defend the border? What will Biden do, once a forward command post is built? Will Biden send his own troops to thwart governors’ efforts? And could that erupt into a much worse conflict?

Key Takeaways:

  • Georgia is sending guardsmen to Texas to build a forward command post on the border.
  • This comes as Republican governors send aid to help Texas fight the border crisis.
  • The Supreme Court decided to let Biden remove razor wire put up by Texas.
