What’s Happening:
Federal officials for years under the Biden administration have worked tirelessly to shut down any dissent to the president’s policies. What many people still don’t realize is the actual threats from Biden officials targeting news and information that challenged the administration.
Some of these threats were veiled while many were open statements of “we’ll get you” if people and companies didn’t bow to Biden’s demands. Biden has openly stated that anyone opposing him, and his policies is a public threat and he’ll shut them down (Remember the Ukraine prosecutor video?).
What Biden and his lackeys didn’t consider is that they were openly violating the right to free speech guaranteed under the Constitution. The good news is the judicial system, thanks to ongoing lawsuits, is seeing the Biden regime for what it is – a censorship machine hurting Americans.
Biden’s aggressive mouthpiece, Jen Psaki, just got socked in court thanks to her potentially illegal censorship of citizens’ voices on social media. She is facing the wrath of a federal judge who called her out by name in a lawsuit against Biden.

United States Judge Terry A. Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana said Psaki “publicly began pushing Facebook and other social-media platforms to censor COVID-19 misinformation” on May 5, 2021, according to a legal injunction released Wednesday.
“At a White House Press Conference, Psaki publicly reminded Facebook and other social-media platforms of the threat of ‘legal consequences’ if they do not censor misinformation more aggressively,” Doughty wrote.
Note to Biden mouthpieces talking smack at the press briefing room podium: don’t’ mess with Doughty. The judge called out Psaki and Biden for even more threats, stating, “She also said President Joe Biden supports a ‘robust anti-trust program’ to tackle alleged disinformation, according to the injunction.”
This is outright weaponization of White House influence and the justice department to shut down and shut up any dissent of what the Biden regime deems “truth.” Dissent –exercising your right to free speech – could face severe punishment, so sayeth Psaki.
This is a serious problem for Biden’s administration which has pranced around for years threatening people who speak out against his actions and policies. Keep in mind, he recently hinted of the Supreme Court being “rogue” and said publicly the high court is “not normal.” He does not hold any U.S. institution in high regard and has shown how he believes his presidency is a personal bully pulpit.
The court’s injunction orders the Biden administration to not connect with social media companies over censorship concerns.
Biden and his lackey Psaki – who now protects him as a member of mainstream media – may have met their match in this federal judge. Unlike the president’s leftist followers, Doughty isn’t doting over Biden.

“If the allegations made by Plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history,” the injunction reads.
“In their attempts to suppress alleged disinformation, the Federal Government, and particularly the Defendants named here, are alleged to have blatantly ignored the First Amendment’s right to free speech.”
The Biden administration attempts to overturn this injunction so far have failed. The judge is standing firm in his ruling. This is another legal case where Biden’s administrative overreach and attempts to abuse White House power have been met with a stern, “No.”
Since few people tell Biden, “No,” we can only imagine him retreating to his basement and pouting over a bowl of ice cream.
