FBI Director Makes Stunning Border Statement – You Won’t Believe He Said These 4 Words

What’s Happening:

The FBI is the highest law enforcement agency in America. That means it is responsible for threats against the entire country.

But in recent years, many Americans have doubted the bureau’s commitment to this cause. Reports have revealed top officials within the FBI have been putting political goals ahead of upholding the law.

FBI Director Christopher Wray appeared before Congress to discuss a matter that should be important to his agency. Instead, it appears he claims it was not his job.

From The Post Millennial:
During a House subcommittee hearing on Wednesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray said he couldn’t “speak to” the sharp increase of individuals on the terror watch list crossing the border.

“Why do you think in the four years before this, there were only 11?” asked House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence Committee member Mark Green. “And suddenly, there are 294 in the past few years, why do you think that?”

“I can’t really speak to, you know, to that issue,” Wray responded. “it’s not in my lane.”

FBI Director Wray refused to comment on a question regarding the dramatic increase in suspects on the terror watch list crossing over the border. Wrap seemed to dismiss the question, claiming the crisis on the border was not in his “lane.”

This comment appears to suggest that neither Wray nor the entire FBI, is doing anything about the ongoing illegal immigration crisis on the U.S. border. Since Biden entered office, nearly 5 million migrants have entered illegally.

Officials have revealed many criminals, cartel members, and potential terrorists are using the border to enter the country. Republicans have sounded the alarm, accusing President Biden of deliberately allowing the situation to deteriorate.

The average American would naturally assume that the FBI would be monitoring the situation. If cartel members and terrorists are coming over the border, that would demand a response from the FBI.

Instead, the man who is in charge of the entire bureau, claims that the issue of suspects on the terror watch list coming into America via the border was not “in his lane.”

That will not be a satisfactory answer for millions of Americans who have already lost faith in the FBI. The agency has been accused of trying to cover up Biden’s family misdeeds. Republicans have claimed the FBI has used its power to harass and intimidate conservative figures.

To now think that the agency is not involved in securing our border will only further harm its reputation among Americans.

Key Takeaways:

  • FBI Director Wray claimed terrorists crossing the border was not his responsibility.
  • While speaking about the issue before Congress he said it was “not in my lane.”
  • This comes as hundreds of terror suspects have tried to enter the country in 2023.
