Months ago, the liberal establishment had a meltdown over the news that Trump’s social network accounts had been restored. It started with Elon’s poll, which saw millions vote to bring back the former president. Then, Trump’s team got Facebook to restore his accounts.
But since then, there was silence.
With Trump running for re-election, it makes sense he’d use these massive platforms to reach Americans. But the left might have thought they still scored a win, keeping Trump from posting. Well, they just lost that battle, after Trump posted to Facebook and Instagram for the first time in two years. And users are flipping out.
From The Post Millennial:
On Tuesday, Former President Donald Trump posted to Instagram and Facebook for the first time since January 5, 2021.
The post featured a photo of one of his second Digital Trading Card collection, and a message to supporters which stated: “I am pleased to inform you that, due to the great success of my previously launched DIGITAL TRADING CARDS, we are doing it again, SERIES 2, AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.”
I’m not sure anyone was expecting Trump to make this his first post back on Facebook and Instagram. But, as usual, the man does what nobody is expecting–especially those liberals who hate him.
You can expect Democrats are foaming at the mouth over this news. They’ve been fearing Trump’s return to social media for years. But when he does, he throws them a curveball with a post announcing his second NFT series.
Guess how users responded? In a matter of minutes, people were reacting to Trump’s posts. On Instagram, the first post received over one million likes. Top comments on his Facebook post include “You are an amazing American! Thank you for what you have done!” and “Best President ever.”
Not what the left was hoping. To this day, Democrats are pushing the narrative that Trump is an evil man mostly hated by the American public. Yet time and again, America proves the left wrong. Even with their bogus criminal trial going on, Trump is winning hearts and minds.
If Democrats really think they can keep this guy down… they are doing a terrible job of it.
- Donald Trump posted to Facebook and Instagram for the first time in years.
- He announced a second series of his popular NFT digital trading cards.
- Democrats have fought to keep Trump off of social media, but failed.
