What’s Happening:

Ever since Donald Trump revealed Democrats were preparing to indict him, the left has been scrambling. Somehow, their surprise plans were exposed–triggering a backlash from the GOP and many Americans. Their entire scheme hinges on a years’ old claim, that Trump somehow broke the law by allegedly paying Stormy Daniels “hush money.”

Trump denies these accusations. The case only has weight (to Democrats) because of Trump’s former lawyer, turncoat Michael Cohen. This man has already been disbarred and imprisoned over his own crimes. And he appears to be back trying to take down his former employer. But his entire testimony might have just been torpedoed, because a letter has suddenly emerged.

A five-year-old letter surfaced Wednesday that appeared to show President Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen lied to investigators about a hush money payment made during the 2016 presidential election…

In it, Cohen’s lawyer claims that Cohen used “his own personal funds to facilitate a payment of $130,000 to Ms. Stephanie Clifford.”

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly,” the letter said.

Wow. According to this letter, written by Cohen’s lawyer in 2018, he used his own money to pay off Stephanie Clifford (aka, Stormy Daniels). The letter emphatically states that neither Trump nor his campaign was part of this transaction.

Which, of course, is what Trump has been saying for years now. But the crooked liberal elite in D.C. and the media have not believed him. What’s particularly shocking is that this letter has been around for five years. The federal government had this letter.

Yet Democrats are still trying to push the claim that Trump somehow broke the law in paying off Daniels.

We’ve just learned that Democrat DA Bragg just canceled yet another grand jury meeting, delaying any action until next week. Rumors abound that the DA cannot find credible evidence to convince a jury to issue a warrant against Trump. The news of this letter will certainly hurt his case, as it clearly exonerates the former president.

But I’m sure that won’t stop Democrats from pushing this lie for another five years.
