She thought she could railroad Trump, but she just got run over by the Trump Train.
The Democrats know they can’t stop Judge Kavanaugh from being nominated, so they are engaging in ridiculous theatrics to mollify their base.
But there was once a time when the Right and Left came together to appoint qualified Supreme Court nominees like Kavanaugh.
When Justice Antonin Scalia was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1986, there wasn’t a single Democrat or Republican who voted against him.
Despite the fact that Kavanaugh has impeccable credentials, the Left has no intention of giving him a fair hearing.
Instead, they are depicting him as some sort of evil wizard who will wave his Supreme Court wand and turn all women into slaves while causing climate change to explode.
Not overly dramatic at all right?
Despite this obvious hysteria, the Left have eaten every lie about Kavanaugh up willingly.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein is now attempting to spread a new lie about Kavanaugh based on hearsay alone.
“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the supreme court,” Feinstein said in a statement.
“That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities,” she said.
While the FBI does run background checks on Supreme Court appointees, they are not responsible for making the final call on the nomination.
Matt Zapotosky, a Washington Post reporter, pointed this unfortunate fact out to Democrats on Twitter.

There you have it. Feinstein’s desperate lie will fail to make any sort of impact, and a new source describing Kavanaugh’s alleged crime reveals just how badly the Democrats are grasping at straws.
An anonymous source who said they were aware of the contents of the letter claimed that the incident stemmed from Kavanaugh’s high school days.
The letter stated that a 17-year-old Kavanaugh and a male friend locked a fellow student in a room at a party.
The woman from the 36-year-old incident claimed that Kavanaugh’s actions in high school made her feel “threatened”, even though she was able to get out of the room.
What a bombshell right? A high school-aged Kavanaugh played a joke on a classmate. What a monster.
The Left’s pearl clutching over non-issues like this is why so many people are tuning them out.
Every day the Democrats act like the sky is falling and the end of the world is nigh.
A Republican politician could save a puppy from the middle of the street and the Democrats would somehow spin it to be animal cruelty.
However, true Americans recognize that the progress we are making under Trump is exceptional, and they don’t want to see it end anytime soon.
Trump is now poised to give us another conservative Supreme Court Justice, and he is proving to be well worth the investment Americans made when they voted him into office.
