Nancy never thought she would give in – but Donald pulled all the right strings.

I think we can all agree Trump’s SOTU speech was amazing. Even Nancy Pelosi had to stand and clap more than once.

Once again, Trump hammered Pelosi and the Democrats over our need for the wall.

This time, it looks like Ol’ Nancy is finally giving in.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said Wednesday that she would be willing to support any compromise border-security legislation that emerges from a bipartisan committee and that she has urged the White House to adopt the same “hands-off” posture.

Her comments come as congressional negotiators are seeking a deal that has to be approved by Feb. 15 – and satisfy President Donald Trump’s demand for border-wall funding – to avert another partial government shutdown.

Hmm… only took a massive shutdown, a SOTU, and pressure from Americans to get Pelosi to agree.

Ever since Trump’s SOTU, sentiment has been growing that we need the wall. There’s no question, given the ongoing crisis at the border.

With the eyes of the country on the president, I think Democrats realized they couldn’t obstruct much longer.

There’s still a long way to go, though. An agreement still needs to produce results.

Both Houses of Congress have to forge a deal that will accomplish Trump’s goals.

Even then, I’m sure we’ll have Democrats trying to delay or resist.

But it looks like Trump is on his way to delivering what he promised, a big, beautiful wall on our southern border. Can you believe it?!
