Democrats failed last time, but they think they can steal it from Americans now.
Democrats want to transform America into a dictator state. The only thing standing in their way?
The Constitution – and specifically the Bill of Rights.
But that’s okay, they’re doing their best to get rid of that pesky list of freedoms in Congress.
And where are they starting? Your gun rights.

Don’t be fooled. Democrats say they just want a “reasonable” background check on guns. In reality, they want total control over every area of your life.
And they’re doing it in a sneaky way:
The criminalization of private gun sales is being achieved via H.R. 8, a universal background check bill that will make it a crime for a friend to sell a gun to a lifelong friend without government permission.
I can’t sell my gun to a friend I trust without the government getting involved? Where do we live, America or Soviet Russia?

Democrats are trying to create a law that would prevent you from simply selling your property to a friend.
It would criminalize not only an important part of the Second Amendment but your basic rights as an American.
You don’t need the government’s approval to sell something to a friend. It should be no different with firearms.
This bill would limit your access to firearms tremendously. It would move us to a gun-free America in a big way.
It would only be a matter of time before Democrats would erase the Second Amendment entirely, and we would have no real way to protect ourselves from an out of control government.
After that, all our other rights would fall.
Thankfully, if this bill passes in the House, it will never get through the Senate at the moment.
Not to mention how fast Trump would veto this kind of insanity.
