Now, finally, Congress is taking action. Oh, sweet justice! From Daily Caller:
Republican Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz unveiled his new resolution targeting House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff for his handling of the Russian collusion theory…
The resolution, titled “Preventing Extreme Negligence with Classified Information Licenses Resolution“—or “Pencil Act”—calls for Schiff’s resignation from the committee.
Oh boy, Schiff is in deep trouble now!
Gaetz even called the resolution the “Pencil Act,” meaning he’s going straight after the man nicknamed “Pencil Neck Schiff.”
The resolution calls for Schiff’s resignation after he’s abused his authority and openly lied about the president’s connection with Russia.
Mueller’s report uncovered nothing to prove Trump or his people had anything to do with Russia’s attempts to meddle in our 2016 Election.
Yet Schiff continues to spread this lie on the airwaves just to inject his pencil neck into the limelight.
Why should a man in authority who ignores all the facts and pushes his own made-up narrative continue to be in a position of power?
This is not how America should work. The man claims to know classified things that prove his case, and yet Mueller had the same access and came to the opposite conclusion.
This type of behavior cannot be allowed to stand in Washington!
Gaetz is demanding Congress remove Schiff from the committee and his security clearances revoked. Ouch.
Republicans have been pushing for Schiff to step down, after his repeated statements against the president.
But Republicans have proven to be pretty weak at making bold moves. They need the American people to put on the pressure and tell them Schiff needs to go.
