Donald has a new strategy for the wall – Democrats are in trouble now.
When President Trump reopened the government, he gave Congress a chance to get their act together.
They had three weeks to act like big boys and girls and make a deal over the border wall.
Clearly, that is never going to happen. And Trump admits it.

A defiant President Trump declared on Thursday that he has all but given up on negotiating with Congress over his border wall and will build it on his own…
In an interview in the Oval Office, Mr. Trump called the talks “a waste of time” and indicated he will most likely take action on his own when they officially end in two weeks.

Many people speculate that President Trump will have to declare a state of emergency.
Going that route would make him vulnerable to court battles. Or even petty Republicans betraying him.
But it looks like he doesn’t have to take such drastic measures to secure the border.
From Conservative Review:
“The president probably is going to have to declare that [the border] is an active drug trafficking corridor pursuant to Title 10 of U.S. code, and if so, he’s going to have access to billions of dollars to build the wall, some roads, and infrastructure, I think.”
…[H]e’s talking about a section of law that would permit President Trump to construct roads and fences “to block drug smuggling corridors across international boundaries of the United States.”
We’ve seen how the open border allows drug traffickers to smuggle drugs into the United States.
Just this week, Customs agents seized over $4 million-worth of opioids at the Arizona border.
Clearly, the president has the power to use government funds at the border to battle drug trafficking.
Pelosi and her gang obstructed to the point of madness. They shut down the government just to protect the open border.
That allowed the crisis to balloon even worse. President Trump is well within his authority as the president to end it once and for all.
Looks like the Democrats are all out of options.
