For years, Barry Obama has tried to get his massive library built. Reports have come out to suggest the sheer size of this project—which will cost millions.
Controversy arose years ago that the project would destroy a historic section of Chicago. That was enough to outrage liberals.
But now, a left-wing group of environmentalists is turning on Obama.

A Chicago-based environmental advocacy group requested the Supreme Court block the construction of former President Barack Obama’s presidential library in the city’s South Side neighborhood…
The plaintiffs alleged the federal, state, and local governments unlawfully broke the project into sections to circumvent a comprehensive assessment of the construction work’s environmental impact on the land.
Yep, hippies are trying to block Obama’s precious library. And who might determine its fate? Trump’s own SCOTUS pick.

Barrett is the justice assigned to the region and will determine whether the Supreme Court should take up the case. According to NBC News, a federal judge and the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently declined to stop construction.

Wow, talk about poetic justice, huh?
A group of left-wing liberals sued to block the former president’s massive project. They claim that, in order to help Obama get around those pesky environmental rules, “federal, state, and local governments unlawfully” broke up the project.
Pretty ironic, if you think about it. Obama was a “green” president who pushed harsh regulation onto businesses, all in the name of “protecting the environment.”
Now, he is allegedly letting the government find loopholes to get around the very kind of regulations he once endorsed.
You’d think Obama would be the first person to abide by environmental regulation.
But keep in mind, this is a man who bought waterfront property on an island—while claiming the oceans are rising.
Make what you will of that. But what’s even more amazing is that, as liberals devour each other, a conservative Supreme Court justice is responsible for settling this fight.
Barrett will decide if the court should decide this matter. Lower courts sided with Obama, refusing to stop construction.
Should Barrett take up this case, it could stop Obama’s project in its tracks.
