It appeared that, for a long time, Democrats were unconcerned with the migrant crisis hammering border states. That is, until governors like Greg Abbott started busing migrants to their doorsteps.
Suddenly, Democrat mayors in New York, Chicago, and D.C. had an opinion on the many illegal aliens coming over the border.
But instead of demanding Biden end the crisis, these Democrats have attacked Republican leaders. In one blue city, the mayor has gone as far as to impound the buses sent from Texas. So now, Gov. Abbott has come up with a solution.

Chicago began to impound the buses used by Texas to send migrants to the city. In response, Gov. Abbott has begun flying migrants to the radically liberal city. Chicago has been one of several blue cities whose mayors have blamed Texas for the migrant crisis.
It appears these liberals are unaware that, for the thousands or so migrants in their cities, there are hundreds of thousands of migrants hurting Texas. Border communities are overrun with criminal aliens. The White House has rejected calls from states like Arizona and Texas for help securing the border.
Chicago’s airport has already become a migrant city, with large portions of the airport reportedly converted into encampments. The problem might get much worse with these flights from Texas, forcing the airport to lose business as travelers avoid it.
Democrat leaders up North only started talking about the situation after migrants were bused to their cities. This seems to prove these liberals did not care that American communities were suffering until they had to deal with it themselves.
These same Democrats had, for years, boasted of their cities’ “sanctuary status.” But have since shown their apparent true colors, as thousands of migrants started coming en masse.
But Democrat mayors do not appear willing to take the necessary steps to end the crisis. They are demanding tax dollars to cloth and house migrants. But they are not calling on Biden to close the border and deport those who came here illegally.
Until they start doing that, these flights will probably continue.
