After Nonbinary Biden Official Gets Arrested – Brinton’s Employer Delivers His D.C. Punishment

Department of Energy employee Sam Brinton is in all sorts of trouble.

He’s accused of luggage theft in two separate incidents in Las Vegas and Minneapolis, and now he’s facing some serious charges from authorities.

For a while, everyone wondered if Brinton would be punished — now, the punishment is in.

Brinton is a “nonbinary” individual, which is a big reason why this story gained so much traction. Some Americans wondered if there would be any real consequences.

The DOE was also under pressure to make a move, especially after charges were officially announced in the past few days.

Typically, a government employee can’t avoid losing their job when hit with criminal charges. And unfortunately for Brinton, he’s no exception.

Via The Daily Wire:

A controversial figure in the Biden administration is reportedly out of the job after being accused of stealing luggage in two separate incidents.

The Department of Energy is no longer employing Sam Brinton, who claims he is non-binary, after he was accused of stealing luggage in Las Vegas and Minneapolis.

The DOE said in a statement that they “cannot comment further on personnel matters.”

This move comes just a day or so after an arrest warrant was issued for Brinton, with charges of grand larceny – $1,500 – $5,000 worth – attached to it.

Apparently, Brinton wasn’t difficult to catch. And it’s what he was wearing at the airport that aroused suspicion.

As the Western Journal reported:

Las Vegas police reviewing surveillance camera footage of an individual carrying suspected stolen luggage through Harry Reid International Airport noticed that the suspect was wearing conspicuous rainbow clothing.

Cops investigating the theft ultimately noticed Brinton wearing a similar atomic LGBT shirt on his personal Instagram account, according to the Times.

Additionally, Brinton apparently displayed “abnormal behavior” at the airport, which involved his activity at the luggage carousel.

According to the report, he took baggage on and off the carousel, looked around to see if someone was watching, etc.

In the end, there was no question that he was trying to steal the luggage, and the DOE has been forced to make the move.

Key Takeaways:

  • Former DOE official Sam Brinton has been fired.
  • The move comes after an arrest warrant was issued, detailing grand larceny charges.
  • Authorities said Brinton exhibited “abnormal behavior” and was spotted wearing a rainbow LGBT atomic t-shirt.
