What’s Happening:

Unless you believe whatever CNN tells you, you know that Biden is a failed president. But it’s worse than just his terrible decisions that wrecked our economy. Biden seems to think that he can do whatever he wants, Congress and the Constitution be damned.

His lawyers brought a critical case to the Supreme Court. Biden trying, yet again, to ignore federal law and leave the borders open. And his top solicitor general made the case for why Biden can do whatever he wants. And what she said shocked every Supreme Court justice.

The Biden administration argued in a Supreme Court immigration case Tuesday that states have no standing to sue the federal government over illegal immigration policies, and courts lack the power to strike them down anyway…

Prelogar also shocked justices across the judicial spectrum by arguing that Section 706 of the APA did not give courts the power to vacate agency actions…

That sweeping claim of executive power to escape judicial review is “fairly radical,” Roberts said.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson seemed to agree, telling Prelogar of “the conceptual problem I’m having with your argument” that courts do not have power to fully set aside agency regulations and orders.

You read that right. Biden’s team claimed that judges do not have the power to overturn decisions made through federal agencies (which are run by the president). She essentially said that whatever Biden tells these agencies to do, the courts have no power to stop them.

That contradicts over 80 years of legal precedent and every decision handed down by federal courts and the Supreme Court. It is such an insane statement, that even Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden’s justice, disagreed.

Chief Justice Roberts called it “radical.” Justice Kavanaugh said it was a “radical rewrite” of federal law. But that didn’t seem to bother Biden’s administration, which has long ignored federal judges and their decisions.

Everything Biden does shows that he does not respect our courts, nor the will of the people. Like his hero Obama before him, Biden makes sweeping decisions without the consent of Congress or the courts. Just look at his vaccine mandates that risked 100 million American jobs.

Or his moves to “forgive” student loans or ban “assault weapons.” Biden has repeatedly refused to work with Congress or obey decisions made by federal judges. Now we know why: he doesn’t believe he has to obey them.

That is a gross violation of our constitutionally-mandated separation of powers. And more proof that Biden is nothing more than a tyrant.
