Former AG Hits Biden Admin with Historic Accusation – “Largest Free Speech Censorship Operation” Ever

For years, Republican leaders and millions of conservative citizens have accused the current administration and social media companies of censorship.

They’ve called it a blatant attack on freedom of speech, and they cite evidence of social media giants like Twitter and Facebook silencing viewpoints they don’t agree with, or deem “dangerous.”

Now, though, new bombshell testimony is about to erupt in Washington — and it could lead to historic results.

According to breaking news out of D.C., former Missouri attorney general Eric Schmitt plans to testify in front of the House Weaponization Committee today, and he reportedly intends to expose a massive cover-up.

Schmitt, who is now a GOP Senator, will take the stand along with Louisiana attorney general Jeff Landry and former Missouri deputy attorney general for special litigation, D. John Sauer.

These witnesses are part of a giant lawsuit against the federal government,  entitled “Louisiana and Missouri v. Biden et al,” which was filed in May 2022.

All of this involves “the largest speech censorship operation in recent history,” according to the lawsuit accusation. From Fox News:

The lawsuit alleges that coordination led to the suppression and censorship of truthful information ‘on a scale never before seen’ using examples of the COVID lab-leak theory, information about COVID vaccinations, Hunter Biden’s laptop, and more.

The lawsuit is currently in discovery, and Thursday’s hearing is expected to feature witness testimony that will detail evidence collected to show the Biden administration has ‘coerced social media companies to censor disfavored speech.’

Many believe the Biden administration quietly colluded with big tech to censor free speech under the guise of stopping “disinformation.”

That’s precisely what this lawsuit tackles, and Schmitt will testify that this coordination “was far more pervasive and destructive than ever known.

As many users pointed out, social media companies threw down punishments on any users who questioned vaccines and boosters, talked about the lab leak possibility, or pushed back against lockdowns.

The same sort of silencing appeared evident in regards to the infamous Hunter Biden laptop story, which has since been verified by multiple legitimate sources.

In regards to all this, Landry will claim they’ve “uncovered a censorship enterprise so vast that it spans over a dozen significant government institutions.” This is no small matter, and involves our most basic freedoms.

Involved in this lawsuit are the most powerful organizations in the nation, including the FBI, the CDC, and the White House itself.

Landry will say during his testimony:

Publicly, these federal actors have justified their deeds in the name of protecting the public against ‘misinformation’ and ‘disinformation,’ when in fact it is done to suppress disfavored views.

Government officials cannot ‘circumvent the First Amendment by inducing, threatening, and/or colluding with private entities to suppress protected speech,’ Landry will say.

‘Shockingly, this is exactly what has occurred through this federal censorship enterprise.’

On top of that, Sauer will testify that White House officials “badgered social media platforms to censor speech that contradicts the White House’s preferred narratives.”

All of this echoes what so many Americans have been saying: that if you don’t agree with the entrenched regime, you will be punished.

None of this sounds like a free country; it actually sounds much more like a communist or authoritarian country, where individual rights are erased for the “public good.”

However, if this lawsuit is any indication, it seems clear that many leaders aren’t going to stand for this any longer — and it could have far-reaching implications for America’s future.

Key Takeaways:

  • A massive lawsuit accuses the Biden administration of “the largest speech censorship operation in recent history.”
  • Multiple witnesses will testify that the government colluded with social media to silence anyone who disagreed with the White House’s narrative.
  • The lawsuit names “over a dozen significant government institutions,” including the FBI and CDC.
