What’s Happening:
The left is reeling from a milestone decision by the Supreme Court. Our highest court in the land ended a racist university policy called affirmative action. The policy gave special treatment to applicants based on skin color and discriminated against others, especially Asian American students.
Democrats are outraged over the end of affirmative action, since most of them wouldn’t be in power today without it. The most recent beneficiary of AA is sitting on the court today, Ketanji Brown Jackson. She dissented from the ruling and issued her own opinion. But a fact-checker blew her wild claim out of the water.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson made a “mathematically absurd claim” about Black newborns in her dissenting opinion in the affirmative action decision…
Jackson argued… “For high-risk Black newborns, having a Black physician more than doubles the likelihood that the baby will live, and not die,” she wrote.
Frank responded to the argument in his Journal opinion piece: “A moment’s thought should be enough to realize that this claim is wildly implausible. Imagine if 40% of black newborns died—thousands of dead infants every week. But even so, that’s a 60% survival rate, which is mathematically impossible to double. And the actual survival rate is over 99%.”
Justice Jackson’s argument proves just how racist the left’s ideology is. She claimed that affirmative action allowed black students to become doctors. Never mind the fact that a black student should be let into college based on their academic achievements, not their skin color. Jackson seems to think the only way a black person can go to college is if AA gives them special treatment.
But she went on to say that only black doctors can properly “assess black patient’s pain tolerance and treat them accordingly.” Are you kidding me? How racist is that? Jackson is saying only black doctors can actually help black patients. Is she advocating for segregation in the medical world?
She went on to claim, based on her faulty logic, that black babies are more likely to live and not die if they had a black doctor.
Um… where are the medical reports backing this argument? Justice Jackson wants us to believe that black newborns will die without black doctors–because, she seems to think, white or Asian doctors can’t properly assess a black person’s pain. And black people can only become doctors if affirmative action gives them an unfair advantage in getting into college.
Idiotic. Attorney Ted Frank explained that–among the many problems with her logic–she gave a “mathematically absurd claim.” Jackson suggested having black doctors “doubles” the survival rate of infants. Frank explained if the current rate was 60% (much lower than it actually is, it is around 99%), there is no way you can double that. You can’t double 60% to 120%–there is only 100% of anything.
Jackson is pushing an idiotic argument that proves she is not qualified for the job she has. What’s even more disgusting is that she’s using babies to defend her argument, when she–as a leftist–supports abortion.
So I guess Jackson only cares about black babies, when they help her political agenda?
