Yes, it’s been months, but we are still talking about Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman. The man missed many weeks of work in the Senate due to what his aids called a bout of depression. But we can’t help but wonder about that severe stroke he suffered last year. All signs suggest that the man has not fully recovered, and his ailments make it impossible to work in the U.S. Senate.

But, to the shock of all decent people, Democrats continue to ignore the many signs of Fetterman’s problems. They praised him for going to the hospital and hiding from Americans for over a month. But since he’s returned to D.C., Fetterman seems far from recovered. What will Democrats say about this?

Fetterman faced some backlash against his casual dress code, even from his own staff, according to AP, who “had originally asked him to always wear suits, which he famously hates.”

Even though senators have been wearing suits and other appropriate business wear for, like, 200 years, Fetterman shows up to Capitol Hill in workout clothes. He shows a shocking level of contempt for the very office he was elected to, by wearing unflattering hoodies and basketball shorts.

I guess that’s where we’re at now. Democrats have so little respect for our government, that they can’t even put on a tie. He’s not lacing up to play hoops, mind you, but govern the country. But guess how the liberal media covered this?

However, Fetterman is back and stronger than ever, AP is reporting, because of his “relaxed, comfortable style.”

The senator has even found a “workaround” to the legislative body’s dress code rules.

“He votes from the doorway of the Democratic cloakroom or the side entrance, making sure his ‘yay’ or ‘nay’ is recorded before ducking back out.”

“He’s setting a new dress code,” Vermont Sen. Peter Welch joked to AP. “He was struggling. And now he’s a joyful person to be around.”

Bull. Fetterman is an unwell man who can’t wear suits–possibly because of physical limitations. He is breaking dress code rules by not even attending meetings. For some reason, the Senate is tolerating this disrespect. Why hasn’t he been censured or kicked out of office?

The biased AP claims this is just proof of how recovered he is. Really? The man can’t even speak straight. He needs an iPad to translate human speech because he doesn’t understand it. But we’re supposed to believe his odd practice of wearing sweats is some kind of sign he’s healthy?

I guess since Democrats got away with putting a man with dementia in the White House, they think they can fill the Senate with similar vegetables. And they expect us to blindly believe the AP when they claim Fetterman is “relaxed and comfortable” in his pajamas.

Give me a break.
